Government Authorities: When filing on your behalf with MCA, GST Network, the Trademark Registry, or other regulatory bodies. This is the core purpose of our service.

Professional Partners: If you engage a CA/CS through our platform, we share relevant case information with them to perform the service.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
